TC2200 supports DRAMless architecture with Host Memory Buffer (HMB) that enables low power and cost effective BOM designs ideally for M.2 2230, 2242, 2280 and BGA type SSD form factors.
The TenaFe’s TC2200 controller features FlexLDPC technology, an in-house developed advanced LDPC error correction engine to provide best-in-class latency, quality of service (QoS), and endurance support for the latest TLC and QLC NAND Flash technologies.
