The TB2200 holds all the vital elements of any SSD-- a controller, NAND flash yet DRAMless in one tiny component. Focusing on compactness, the TB200 is about a eighth of the M.2 2280 SSD and is soldered down, enabling vibration-resistant and shock-proof applications.

  • The TB2200 BGA SSD is 11.5 x 13mm, while the established M.2 2280 SSD is 20 x 80mm.
